Riverside County
Corona Vistas in South Corona
13 half-acre lots in Corona, CA originally slated for custom homes in the Mountain Gate Specific Plan. Sales began in late 1998 and closed out early 1999 at prices from $350,000 to over $400,000.
Garretson Estates in South Corona
9 estate homes on 3/4 acre lots with homes ranging from 4,000 to 5,400 square feet and priced from $480,000 to $780,000. Construction began July 1999 and was completed in January 2000.
Hidden Ranch Estates in Temecula
21 view lots sized from 20,000 square feet to one-acre. Located in the custom home community of Meadowview, the model began in September 1999 and the neighborhood sold out in the 3rd quarter of 2000. Prices for the 3,000 to 4,000 square feet homes ranged in the low $400,000's to over $500,000.
Chateau Ridge Estates in Riverside
18 gated view lots, minimum 20,000 square feet, located on Overlook Parkway. Model construction began in August 1999 with a January, 2000 Grand Opening. First phase homes averaged 3,800 square feet and were priced from the high $400,000's. Neighborhood was completed 2nd quarter 2001.
Summit View & Summit Grove Estates in South Corona
30 exceptional view lots of 20,000 to 40,000 square feet located along the north side of Cleveland Dr. near Fullerton Road. Ten of the lots were graded as flat 40,000 square foot pads. The balance were 20,000 square foot minimum. Grand Opening February 2001; the project closed out in March of 2002.
Sommerset in South Corona
Sommerset in South 86 lots of minimum 1/3 acre in the community of Chase Ranch. The neighborhood opened for sale in March of 2002 with models at California and Liberty Avenues in South Corona. Homes ranged from 2,900 square feet to 3,800 square feet and sold from $400,000 to $600,000. Sommerset closed out in the second quarter 2003.
Seven Oaks in South Corona
Seven Oaks in South 38 lots of minimum 35,000 square feet located East of California near Lemon. Opened for sale in May of 2002 with homes ranging in size from 4,000 square feet to 4,800 square feet and sold from $700,000 to $1,200,000. Closed out in the first quarter 2004.
Crown Ranch Estates in South Corona
Crown Ranch Estates in South 54 gated estate view lots of minimum size 35,000 square feet in South Corona located south of Cleveland Way between Gilbert Ave. and Crown Ranch Rd. Homes ranged in size from 4,000 to 5,400 square feet. Priced from $995,000 to $1,500,000. The project closed out in 2006.
Wynfield in Murrieta
Wynfield in 57 gated "ranchette" lots of minimum acres located west of the 15 Freeway against the foothills and featuring rolling terrain with great views of the Temecula Valley. Homes range in size from 3,500 square feet to 5,100 square feet with prices from $900,000 to $1,500,000. Closed out 4th quarter of 2007.
Chase Court - Corona
38 view lots of minimum 10,000 square feet in South Corona at the intersection of Gilbert and Chase Drive. Homes ranged from 3,700 to 5,400 square feet; and priced from $600,000 to $1,300,000. Final close out 2009.
Orange County
Dove Canyon in Orange County
48 home development in a prestigious gate guarded community. Homes ranged in size from 3,155 square feet to 4,136 square feet and featured golf course frontage lots. The models opened July 14, 1995 and the project was sold out by December 1996. The homes now re-sell in excess of $1,000,000.
Silver Leaf Estates in San Juan Capistrano
7 homes on 10,000 square foot lots built and sold in San Juan Capistrano in 1998. The homes ranged from 3,600 to 4,100 square feet and sold from $600,000 to $700,000.
Peralta Hills in Anaheim Hills
4 homes on acre-plus lots built in 1999 in the Peralta Hills area of Anaheim Hills. Homes ranged in size from 5,000 to 6,800 square feet and sold from $1,100,000 to $1,400,000.
Villa Park in Orange County
4 homes on minimum half-acre lots built in 1999 in the City of Villa Park. Homes ranged from 5,000 to 6,000 square feet and sold from $900,000 to $1,350,000.
Cowan Heights in Orange County
5 view lots, 4 with ocean views on minimum 20,000 square foot lots. Homes from 5,000 to 6,200 square feet. Priced from $1,185,000 to $1,650,000. Construction began July 1999 and was completed in January 2000.
Old San Juan Road in San Juan Capistrano
31 gated equestrian lots averaging 25,000 square feet. Homes from 4,500 to 6,200 square feet and priced from $850,000 to $1,350,000. Construction of models and Phase 1 began November 1998. Completion in June 2000.
Ridgemont Estates in Fullerton
10 gated view lots (minimum 20,000 square feet) in Raymond Hills. Homes were sized from 4,600 to 5,300 square feet and priced from $900,000 to $1,200,000. Grading and infrastructure began in June of 1999 with house construction starting in January 2000. The neighborhood was completed in the 3rd quarter 2000.
Heath Terrace in Anaheim Hills
6 gated minimum 20,000 square foot lots in an exquisite park-like setting in Anaheim Hills. Homes ranged from 4,500 to 5,000 square feet and were priced from the high $800,000's. Heath Terrace was completed in the 2nd quarter of 2001.
Vizcaya at Talega in South Orange County
14 view lots with golf course frontage in San Clemente. Homes were sized from 4,600 to 5,300 square feet and priced from $900,000 to $1,400,000. Vizcaya was completed in the 2nd quarter of 2001.
Mt. San Antonio in Yorba Linda
Mt. San Antonio in Yorba Linda - 63 estate view lots of minimum 15,000 square feet in the hills of Yorba Linda. Mt. San Antonio opened in September 2003. Homes ranged in size from 3,700 Square feet to 5,400 square feet with prices from $1,200,000 to $1,700,000. Closed out in the first quarter 2005.

66 gated lots of minimum 18,000 square feet in the master planned community of 4S Ranch west of Rancho Bernardo. Homes ranged from 3,800 square feet to 5,400 square feet with prices from $1,000,000 to $1,800,000. Closed out 4th quarter of 2007.
San Bernadino County
Skyline Estates in Rancho Cucamonga
33 semi-custom homes with spectacular views from the hills above Alta Loma. Homes ranged from 3,344 to 3,761 square feet. Re-sales exceed $800,00.
Fair Oaks in Upland
10,000 and 20,000 lots developed in Upland, CA. Floor plans ranged from 2,675 square feet to 4,500 square feet and were priced from $300,000 to $600,000. Fair Oaks opened in March 1997 and sold out in January 1998.
